Un bon gros malt torréfié et chocolaté accompagne la levure de saison épicée. La levure a bien fait son travail, il n'y a pas de sucre résiduel. Texture un peu vineuse. Vraiment bien comme concept, on dirait une imperial stout avec une levure de saison.
