Pétillant fort prononcé mais pas dérangeant. Belle robe chocolat noir. Mousse très éphémère. Légère en bouche, normal vu ses 5,9%, mais pas aqueuse non plus. Note boisée en bouche, légère amertume, le côté fumé est léger mais dominant. Pas mal du tout.
