[RB 3.4 28/04/14] Bière brune foncée, beau col de mousse crémeuse beige et très persistante. Nez de malt grillé, de marrons et de caramel. Amertume plutôt importante pour ce type de bière, la malt grillé domine (un peu de café), légèrement sucrée.
