Approaches old Rasputin imperial qualities = intense flavors. Toasted tartness with burnt caramel and green apple. And yet firmly remains a coffeeish stout with a head spinning ABV. Like tasting a craft brew for the first time. Wish it came in barrels!

Smelled like alcohol, and the initial taste was one of imperial stout roast ones, but then the taste goes over to some bitter fruit (quince, I assume, which is a fruit and not Spanish for 15). Want to like this more but I can’t get behind it.
