Sours aren’t my thing, but this is excellent. A lot of apple flavor at the start, reminiscent of New Glarus’s Apple Ale. Sour kicks in after that, and Dad thought it was citrusy. Aftertaste was less appealing to me as it warmed, so I’d serve it cold.
