Lots going on here: sweet start on the tip of my tongue, followed by a winey sourness reminding me of aged white balsamic as it goes down. The body is full and oily, making this quite a meal. No idea why untappd suggests 'harsh'...

Edler Essig/weißer Balsamico, überraschend sauerer als die Basisversion, Trockenfrüchte, guter voller Körper, trocken, Holz... Süße nur auf der Zungenspitze, der Bodensatz bringt ein wenig Brausepulver - wie immer kompromisslos, aber gut 💪 (4.3-)4.4

Zero carbonization. Sour, a bit funky but not too much. Has aged well in the sense that is has settled and become well rounded. Best name ever. The sots ternes have enjoyed it!

Ça passe tout seul ! Le nez est gourmand, fruité, on sent le bois ! Malheureusement en bouche tout ça est présent pais trop vite évacué à mon goût. Dommage, autrement ça aurait été exceptionnel ! Même si c'est déjà très bon en laissant une belle acidité
