Eric H: .. As this warms I’m picking up more buoyancy, almost candy apple booziness, and heady warming phenolic notes. Also emergent is a notion of perhaps rum soaked dried fruit. The crispiness on the palate softens, the resiny core increasingly alluring. >
Eric H: .. Given the potency of fragrance and flavor I’m grateful for the belyingly easy drinking weight of the beer. It’s impressively smooth for its 10% ABV.
