Lots of dark fruit on the nose, lot of dark fruit on the palate. Very nice and mellow! Nice malty backbone, with some nice fig notes and maybe a hint of cinnamon. This is a really, REALLY, tasty beer and nice for sipping on a cloudy day.

Well, the red wine barrel and scotch beer characters are not blending in. The scotch side shows caramel, licorice, and molasses characters just enough, but the red wine side shows unpleasant acidity. I suspect it’s not in a good condition.
