Mole

Our take on the Mexican Stout style. We designed it to be balanced than most version. We used ancho chillies known to being fruity chocolate notes. Together with stronger type of chilies they bring some heat but we kept the dose low enough to avoid a spicy kick that would dominate the beer. Mexican cocoa nibs and coffee bring a slight tartness and deep chocolate/coffee notes. We used cinnamon and vanilla from Madagascar amount to mellow out the entire profile.
