Not chasing ticks, this was a Hill Farmstead purchase in 2017; this beer was hard to find, so you bought at HF or settled for old dusty bottles at Premier Gourmet for $12. Way more black pepper & earthy; zippy; utterly bone dry and Champagne like.

Darcy: Yes, I find the Blaugies OG becomes malty, almost caramely, and lacks cut or underlying acidity. Starts ~3 yrs out and then just progresses.
