Wet cork, residu on capsule. Medium raspberry flavour; very fruity, only a bit jammy, broad sour (on the tongue). Wry woody. Aftertaste is more gentle and rich raspberries with a jammy, mild sour finish. Hints of funk/wild yeasts. Wow this aged perfectly!
