LCI, best of the day ! Mooi complex in aroma en smaak met veel druiven, iets fruitig, citrus/mandarijn, stro, lichte funk, mooi zuurtje en zeer lange en licht droge afdronk. En dit alles perféct in balans. Geniaal !!

Poah top analysewaardig bier dit zeg! In de neus valt meteen veel citrus op: appelsientje en citroenzuur? Doet me denken aan "Sinterklaas"sfeer in een glas. Zuurtje is groeiend en heeft iets mineralig in afdronk.
