Thanks for the pour. Crazy fruitiness, when jean poured it he said "could be a fou foune" and totally agree. It has this fresh perfumy notes akin to those of some new blenders plum beers, which I love. The palate was super stone fruity and complex.

The legend of deep-aged Cantillon gueuze being supreme seems to be valid. Intense lemon with big-time horse funk and wood lacquer vibes, complexity has certainly intensified through extended cellaring, beautiful texture.
