Nose is camembert cheese, but then when you swirl it adds a sweet wine element. Citrus up front on taste & not very acidic on the way down. Metallic aftertaste unfortunately. Pretty decent carbonation for such an oldie; poured with an inch of head.

Magnum opened by Jean. Simply amazing! Tart, upfront pleasant acidity. No sign of oxidation. Still so fresh after 21 years.
