Drinks like a gueuze but with a touch of barrel. Super funky nose. Incredible beer.

Dość ciężkie, beczkowe, koniakowo-winne. Fajnie drażni podniebienie. Lepsze niż zapamiętałem

Funky, dry and tartish with hints of green apples, farmyard and woody oaky notes and mild sourness. Complex but a bit unbalanced

It's a fine starting point for today's Zwanze Day celebration. Super smooth body with nice mineral qualities, light pepper, fair funk, overripe melon, slight dark fruit/currant, and good lemon. Chuggable (and this was tested as our Lyft arrived). 4.4

Light, delicate carbonation. Big cognac. Subtle, almost creamy acidity is eclipsed by the barrel, hopefully will develop a bit more with time. A little more funk wouldn’t hurt, either. Not my favorite vintage, still good.
