Idée super original et j'avais hâte de goûter. Le résultat est plus mitigé. Base belge assez classique. Par contre la carrotte est assez discrète. On sent plutôt bien l'orange genre jus et zeste et un peu le gingembre en fin de palais

Triple assez sucrée, bouché bien orangée, on sent le gingembre mais très bien dosé. Peut-être trop d’assemblages différents, j’ai l’impression de boire une bière aromatisée. Bulles présentes.
