Très cool comme side by side (2 bières de 2021). Pomace en a perdu beaucoup. Elle passe de 4.75 a 4. Très délicat, pomme verte, peu de bulles. Pour la saison macérée, elle sentait drôle à l'ouverture, mais elle était délicieuse (4.35).

Manque peut-être un peu de punch, mais belle petite complexité. Au nez, on remarque un côté fermier qui se poursuit en bouche. J'aurais aimé sentir davantage le raisin. Acidité assez faible.
