Ça marque la fin d'une série de stouts de Gallicus achetées avec le voisin. Probablement la meilleure de la série. Au nez, grosse vibe de Reine Elizabeth ou de tarte au pacanes. C'est sucré, mais sans exagération. 6 mois en barrique c'est trop peu.

Agréablement surpris par ce produit plutôt bien balancé. La vanille est très présente au nez, mais n'est pas envahissante en bouche. On goûte bien la pacane, qui amène un petit côté sucré et grillé qui fait changement de la noix de coco.
