Looking for a well hoppy balanced Session IPA.
Brewed with Pilsner, Flaked Oat and Monaco for a golden color and a good base for the smooth hoppyness.
Centennial, mosaic and another hop (that can vary from batch to batch) are used for late hop and dry-hopping.
From June 2018 we use Vermont yeast for ferment.
