Thunder Run Brut IPA

This relatively new style is taking the beer world by storm. The amylo enzyme has been long used in the brewing world to remove some of the sweetness of Imperial Stouts and other high gravity beers. It has recently found its way into IPA's, which results in a bone dry finish with hop flavor and aroma taking center stage. Our extra Brut IPA uses generous additions of corn and rice for body while a late whirlpool additions of Hallertau Blanc, Azzaca, and Eukanot hops give a fruity and tropical effervescence. Show Less
