Guess we’ve done 20 of these already?
In the light of insatiable curiosity we’ve yet again experimented and tweaked with a few new ideas on the recipe for this NEIPA.

Notably, this recipe features a very small lactose and pineapple addition to help boost the body without compromising the grain + hop bill.

We played with the grain bill to adapt a base with notes of wheat and honey, hopped with a giant dose of columbus, citra, and el dorado, and used a new (to us) yeast strain to produce the haze and juiciness we crave.
