Gotta be good. Blended with lambic from one of my faves...Timmermans, it is an interesting Blond. No real sourness from the Lambic, but nice orange peel/ citrus, bready malts, and a light dry dusty bitter finish.

So peppery. Can pepper be pungent? I almost sneezed when I opened it. A lovely smooth beer with a tad bit of bitterness right at the end but less than many blondes. The word lambic is on the bottle for some reason… not getting any of that. Id smash a few.
