I am honestly surprised its not flat given its age but apparently the cork did its job! Still getting the tasty raspberry up front and the bourbon on the back end hits!

Worth the wait? Not really. Completely flat. Aroma of chocolate and bourbon is great but it tastes like nothing but raspberries. Just liquid raspberries. No tastes of Choc or bourbon. How?!

Very much past it’s prime. Raspberry is a touch medicinal on the nose and absent as a flavor. Lots of wood and barrel left - but thin.
