[Backlog from Ratebeer] Aroma is of toasted malt & caramel. Taste is of sweet dark fruits, malt, chocolate, vanilla & bourbon. Lasting BA finish. Medium body & carb. Very good for an ale, but it really is the barrel ageing that makes it something special.
