10 years down and drinking really nice. Belgian Candi, cotton candy grapes, candied orange peel, grapefruit pith, pine oil, peach soda, apricot almond galette, and some poached and sweetness berries like strawberries and cherry.

First few sips were paint thinner. Once it aired out a bit it calmed down. As it warmed that classic sizzle on the tongue came alive and the yeast flavor came with it. Sipping on a 10 year old beer is always fun.
