Post awesome weekend camping, and summiting 3 more Colorado 14er’s! It’s starting to show its age, slight oxidation, and lack of carbonation, but tons of wood barrel notes with a nice rye whiskey finish. Past it’s prime, but still nice to revisit

Aged 10 years. Carbonation is totally gone. Very very smooth, with no booziness. No off flavors surprisingly, but the intended flavors are a bit muddled now too. Keeping original rating.
