Peel Out

This is a banana cream pie inspired beer! This adventure started by adding a ton of graham crackers and nilla wafers to the mash. During boil, we added 150 lbs of lactose. Then the fun really started. After fermentation, we added a couple of vanilla beans, more nilla wafers, and gallons of banana puree. The result? Banana cream pie in a glass! This was a crazy fun beer for the team to make. Half pilsner malt and half wheat. Graham crackers, nilla wafers, vanilla beans, lactose, and banana puree. Show Less
