Intergalactic Kveik

Part of our experimental kveik yeast series. Kveik - a family of Norwegian farmhouse yeast- is unlike any other yeast. Able to ferment at lightning speeds and thrive in blistering temperatures. Extraordinary in its ability bubble to life after decades of dormancy, prehistoric kveik strains have been passed from farmer to farmer, generation to generation. This funky IPA uses The Strand strain of kveik with notes of clover honey, bruised mango and overripe pineapple. Show Less
