Not because it’s bitter, but because just like the Czech’s Ma started it all. The brewing, not beer. She might have been around back then but who could be sure.
Anyway, 175 years after the world’s first pale lager climbed out of its cave, it is now about the widest spread style in the world, talk about invincible.
Now we don’t like too many rules but you can’t fault the perfect balance of Pilsner malt and Saaz hops, and while it might be a bit Boneheaded we tend to think that’s what a Pilsner is all about, balance.
So Ma, thanks for the barrels, old bohemian Czech guys thanks for the plan and for you, here’s to being invincible… Show Less
