Our celebration beer. In the lead up to our first birthday we wanted to create a beer fit for the occasion. We started with a wheat wine grist bill and amped it up with our in house take on Belgian candy sugar, added a white stone fruit/tropical and sweet citrus hop and spice profile that compliments the delicate spicing we gave it in the secondary. Did we mention we finished it on oak.
