It's like an Oud Bruin w/ a mild sour character. Calvados BA. Black cherry aromas, ferruginous malt, bit of boozy wood -the Calvados bit, I guess-. Vinous, woody flavours, tending to the dry side, well disguised alcohol. Toasty, Champagne-like finish.

no puedo puntuar lo que no se como valorar. Tras 3 años quizás perdió acidez pero ganó cuerpo, gusto a pasas también cierto regusto metálico. Totalmente descolocado.

Ehm, no. No sé de dónde viene el sour, porque no se aprecia nada de acidez, pero absolutamente nada. Y la barrica de Calvados y el melocotón, más de lo mismo. Para mí es una strong dark ale corrientita, no aporta gran cosa. Un pelín rara y decepcionante.
