A great iteration of a barrel aged imperial stout. Thick smooth molasses feel with sugar cane (hence the name I would think), coffee and rum…maybe hits of vanilla? Very well balanced and not booze heavy. Worth a try if you see one…I’d buy again! 7.5/10

CANBIF21 Pkg: 2020-11-27 exactly like the description, well made roasted malt RIS, with medium strength rum notes. Much better balanced than other rum barrel beers but not my style.

Wow, very interesting. Dark, thick, a bit sharp and quite sweet and malty. I didn't come up with molasses, but is a good description of a lot of the flavour.
