Love it when Brandon digs into the pile and pulls something like this out. Risky to hold this long…but it works out. Rich as hell with super subtle chiles, but very pronounced vanilla and coffee. That barrel aging is still present but much “rounder”.

six years aged. has mellowed significantly. light chili heat retained. choc + vanilla mostly faded. coffee still present - light bitter. clean + smooth + usual amazing base. drink this one fresh, maybe 1-2 years aged to tune down heat just a bit
