La Taureau Tripel (3rd Anniversary)

Bucking this past year's trend of more off the wall, heavily hopped or adjuncted beers, we settled upon a traditionally brewed Tripel in honor of our third anniversary.

Simple and refined, la Taureau Tripel features a harmonious interplay of hops,malt and yeast.

Fruity esters waft from this golden hued brew that is slightly sweet, with a grainy, almost honey-esk character and a mild, alcohol heat.
