Nate: Again, all the flavor is in the dregs! The clean pour was nowhere near as good

Candy/sharp raspberry, acid, vinegar, perfume, apricot, and lemon juice. Thin, and overly acidic. No ketchup notes so that’s good, and zero vanilla. I don’t know, haven’t liked many Bokke bottles I’ve had.

Tart tannic raspberries are most forward, some bright apricot acidity, funky oak and musty tangerine ala old lambic flavors, and a tiny hint of vanilla on the finish. A touch more acidic than I would like but it tastes great

Was hoping this would be better than Magic but it’s not. Still amazing tho! Tons of fresh fruit and slight funk. High tartness and acidly levels. Not really getting the vanilla which is a shame bc it might mellow it out.

A special treat over the weekend! A tough Irish loss but a phenomenal creation from Bokke. Fresh raspberry shines through, vanilla creates a soft mouthfeel, welcomed acidity from apricot pits. All three ingredients blend beautifully in this tasty lambic
