Fortunate Son

Created as a continuing tribute to our Brewmaster's father, David "Hayseed" Thomssen. This Single Barrel English Style Barleywine was brewed in July of 2020 then aged over 2 years in one of our finest individually hand-picked Heaven Hill bourbon barrels.
What emerged from this unhurried slumber reminds us of boozy Crème Brûlée with deep complex Bourbon and Oak expression followed by notes of Caramel, Toffee, Butterscotch, Vanilla, and Fig.
