Shuhao Zhang is drinking a Gewürztraminer (Bottle Version) (2023) by Boerenerf at 酸房子 Sour Taprrom
Grape skin and white wine on the nose. The acidity comes in a little late but is sharp and piercing, with a clean, focused intensity. Absolutely no alcohol heat.
