This has aged well. Malts have thinned and after an initial punchy acidity that channels unripe raspberries there is a deep sour cherry with raspberry notes too.

Musty cherry, still quite sour and a dry finish. Has aged well.

Quite tart, cherry has probably faded given it’s a couple of years old. Still get sour cherries but much earlier reviews suggest more fruity flavour in the younger beer. Very nice though.

Initially very tart. It does mellow slightly but not a massive amount. Some candy sweetened cherries. Maybe a touch syrupy. Lovely beer
