Another calendar year on and it's travelling really well still. Now it's big on Red Wine Oak, Dark Chocolate, Vanilla.. Very mellow and smooth now.

Improved substantially with some age. Mellowed all the harsh notes and is amazing at room temp. Whiskey and slight peatiness with a caramel, yeast flavor which is rich on the tongue and leaves you lingering for more.
