Better than it was 2+ years ago. No sour taste. But it doesn’t taste like a Pilsner, imperial or otherwise. Little to no hop flavor. Slight bitterness. Very malty. More drinkable than the last one, but not by much.

Big and doughy, but not heavy. Might could use a bit of attenuation as it's losing its "pilsnerishness". It's still got that amazing blast of Saaz herby/spicy stuff. The nose is fantastic.

Peter Hauschild: Man that sucks. I love this beer and BMC, but I have seen some consistency issues with this particular recipe. I think earlier batches really crashed with Cascade, and it was great. The last few batches were too much on the malty side for sure.

Steve C: Peter H. —it may just be me and what I tasted right before it. I should probably give it another go. Overall, I've been impressed with BMC.
