Brian Lavelle: Tip of the cap to that level of dedication. Less syrupy than you expected? I always think that long it should be motor oil
Ilan Ferdman: I prefer bourbon barrel aged beers young when you can taste more of the bourbon. When it lays down for a while its too smooth
Brian Lavelle: Interesting, I’ve never aged anything near that long. I guess it’s a 1-3 year max for most stuff aside from the barrel aged funky stuff
