Blencathra West Coast Red

This style of beer is a modern classic from the States. True to style, it is hop forward but it also has a complex malt base which supports the spicy, resinous hop hit giving a beautifully balanced beer of great depth and complexity. We worked long and hard to get the malt base right for this beer and the end result is one of which we are very proud. Moreish and easy drinking while also being a beer to take your time over and savour. Initial bitterness gives way to biscuity malt flavours before leaving you with a long, dry, bitter finish with notes of pine and grapefruit. Show Less
