Wonderful. Way underrated. Elements of saison, champagne, and rose. Drinks much lighter than 10% slacking on the full yeast and grape palate. Wish there were more beer/wine hybrids like this one. Takes a lot of work and I really appreciate it.

This is literally my favorite kind of sour. Super funky and tart, a little musty, definitely getting the sweetness of the wine grapes but overall this is just the brettest little sour and I love it.
