Pub Ale: Ordinary

Another beer in our pub ale range, this time a lighter, brighter beer to welcome the start of summer. At 3.6% this beer is designed for drinking in pub beer gardens all afternoon. Caramalt is the main adjunct malt, providing sweet notes which are underpinned by small additions of chocolate and brown malts to give a subtle malt complexity.
We ferment this beer using a traditional English ale yeast at warmer temperatures to give a fruity ester profile to compliment the Bramling Cross hops that run throughout.

VISUAL: Light amber with a loose foam head
AROMA: Trad ale esters in harmony with the blackcurrant and blackberry hop notes
TASTE: Malt sweetness dominates, with sweet caramel flavours at the front giving way to traditional ale flavours from the yeast and bramling cross hopping
