Blackberry Daze IPA

A synergistic union of blackberries and hops, this IPA gets its hop bitterness in the brewhouse. Most of the action, however, is in the cellar, where the fruit is added during secondary fermentation. A special blend of loamy, herbaceous dry hops complements the bright, deep complexity of the blackberries.
