Rangel von Bad Manners Gypsy Brewing ist der geistige Vater dieses Bieres. Ausgangspunkt war eine seiner früheren Kollabs mit der kanadischen Brauerei Third Moon – am Ende sind wir bewusst unseren eigenen Weg gegangen. Gebraut wurde es von Eloy und seiner Crew bei Río Azul in Sevilla. Simcoe kam auf allen Ebenen zum Einsatz – hot und cold side – während Mosaic im Whirlpool und im Tank dazu kam.

Rangel from Bad Manners Gypsy Brewing is the creative mind behind this beer. It started with one of his earlier collaborations with Canadian brewery Third Moon – but in the end we chose our own path. The beer was brought to life by Eloy and his crew at Río Azul in Seville. Simcoe was used on both hot and cold side, while Mosaic was added in the whirlpool and in the tank.

Rangel de Bad Manners Gypsy Brewing es el padre espiritual de esta cerveza. Todo empezó con una de sus colaboraciones con la cervecera canadiense Third Moon, pero al final seguimos nuestro propio camino. La elaboración corrió a cargo de Eloy y su equipo en Río Azul, Sevilla. Simcoe se utilizó en hot y cold side, mientras que Mosaic se añadió en el whirlpool y en el tanque.
