Carb is dead. After eight seconds or so, there was a slight covering of bubbles that disappeared most readily. Thin. Milk chocolate, watery vanilla. A touch of barrel and oak persists. Everything is round at this point, so nothing pokes the tongue. 3.25/5

Going to give this a high rating. This beer was fantastic fresh, and shockingly still is in 2024 (cellared). Almost no oxidation and still so good I immediately took me back to when it was fresh.Smooth as hell.
