3rd of 5 Black Kite beers lined up today. It is what it says...orange, sweet and I guess kind of like an ice-cream milkshake. It's not for me, though it was worth a try.

This has a creamy, vanilla orange aroma and to taste you first get vanilla, followed by a big hit of fresh orange juice. The lactose gives a sweetness that takes the edge off the bitterness and gives it a creamy texture. A very enjoyable milkshake IPA.

Surprised I like this one so much--the flavors aren't overpowering and are blended well. The orange is there, floating on a smooth, airy Ice Creamy base. Definitely get again the next time I see it--yum!

I don’t know the ice cream, less clear than a lot of the creamsicle beers that are out there. It’s got Orange and vanilla, but they’re pretty gentle
