It may come as surprise to some, but brewers love lager! That’s right, especially our resident German and Head Brewer, Thorsten.

Hailing from the town in which he first put his brewing skills to work, he’s been longing to create a beer like this for a while. What better time than the Highland winter months; the prefect time for the slow, bottom fermenting yeast to work their magic – culminating in this luscious, red beauty of a beer.

Whilst he doesn’t claim to miss his motherland – with a deliciously disciplined brew like this in your hand – who would?

This delicious München red lager is a more-ish mix of bready malt flavours – balanced by a gentle, spicy bitterness and a clean, crisp finish. Show Less
