Cascade

Cascade, as in hops. Beer drinkers may know, or not, that Cascade hops are the classic American hop that really started the hopped beer craze, as in IPA. Cascade hops are defined by its citrus, and often more specifically, grapefruit flavor. The crew out back said to themselves, hey, if it works in beer, why not cider. After a few test runs, they found just the right amount of hop to give the cider a slightly citrus flav, balanced with the ever so slight hint of the hop on the backend. Show Less
